Staff of the MRYC is 76 qualified youth workers as well many volunteers. There are 10 departments in MRYC, every department is responsible for implementation of particular youth activities in its working area in Republic of Mordovia. Average age of youth workers is 25 years old. All the staff have years of experience working with young people, being volunteers themselves beforehand and have proper education in order to provide to international volunteers support. 1. Youth and teenagers employment department holds educational and experiential activities for/with young people, organized by youth workers of the MRYC aimed at increasing young people capacity in job finding.
. 2. Department of civic and patriotic programmes promotes civic and patriotic education in Republic of Mordovia holding different educational activities with youth workers and young people such as seminars, training courses, round tables, organising and running mass activities.
. 3. Youth programme coordination department works closely in cooperation with different public institutions and youth non-governmental organisations of Republic of Mordovia . Its main aim to assist youth organisations in their work by providing public services to youth organisations and groups – conference hall, methodological support organising different educational activities, assisting in developing project application.
. 4. Department for work with young people in difficult situations. This department works with young people with fewer opportunities: young people in orphanages, children houses, social houses. This department provides psychological support, organizes and implements in cooperation with young people social expeditions to orphanages, children houses, runs different activities aimed at promoting healthy life style, organizes seminars, trainings, camps, conferences, competitions. All the activities implemented in close cooperation with non-governmental organisations, other state institutions.
. 5. Youth family social support department implements the programme of supporting young families with housing.
. 6. Youth tourism department consist of youth workers who are young people aged 19 – 27 years old. Youth tourism department implements tourism activities according to the interest of young people.
. 7. Departments of innovations young people innovative initiatives, by providing financial and operational support.

. 10. Department of voluntary work. The main aim of department is to promote volunteering in Mordovia Republic. Organisation according to volunteer work strategy plan promote volunteer activities, help organization with providing efficient educational programmes for involvement volunteers. This programme is implemented in close cooperation with many non-governmental organisations. International volunteers will work under the supervision of volunteer department, but not limited to.
